Name of the Club: Anime Club

Brief Explanation of the Club: Anime Club is an inclusive space for children to engage with other students also interested in Japanese Anime. We watch anime, debate certain opinions on series/characters, as well as learn about Japanese culture through crafts and discussion.

Name of the Club:  Art Club

Club Sponsor/s: Mrs. A. Simmons 

Brief Explanation of the Club: The Art Club’s mission is to allow students who are interested in art to participate in independent and collaborative art related activities. Art Club is a place for students to continue developing their artistic skills, or learn new skills, explore new art mediums, experiment with different art materials, and collaborate with other creative individuals to enrich themselves, their school and community. The Art club membership fee is $30. This will include an art club T-shirt that members design and supplies.

Brief Explanation of the Club: Whether you’re looking to shave split-seconds off your sprint time, stay conditioned for other sports, or simply build healthy exercise habits with friends, Comets Track Club has a spot for you! We welcome all experience levels—from seasoned runners to absolute beginners looking to try something new. We are going to work hard and have fun! Let's Get It!

Brief Explanation of the Club: We will work on jigsaw puzzles both physical and digital. This designated time is just a great way to calm and work our brains on jigsaw puzzles

Brief Explanation of the Club: Readers Rally is a book club where students read pre-selected books and prepare to compete against other middle schools in a trivia-style competition.

Brief Explanation of the Club: Recreating or changing historical events through playing miniature wargames and board games.

Name of the Club: S.T.A.R. Program: Students Together Achieving Results

Club Sponsor/s: Ms. Marable, Ms. Mutcherson

Brief Explanation of the Club: The S.T.A.R. Program (Students Together Achieving Results) is a mentoring initiative designed to help middle schoolers thrive during these crucial early adolescent years. By pairing students with positive teacher-mentors, we provide homework support, teach life skills and build confidence through social-emotional learning and career exploration.
