Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with GSMS!
Updated
Our Theme: Más de una historia (More Than One Story)
We are excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 through October 15! Students will have the opportunity to purchase Unity Links for $1 (cash only) and share “Their Story.” Every Unity Link represents a story, a connection, and a celebration of our diverse community. We encourage all students to share their story. These links will be used to create a special display throughout our school as we celebrate the rich cultures and contributions of the Hispanic community.
We would love to celebrate the unique experiences, traditions, and connections that make our community so special.
Submit your student's story by completing the form here: Hispanic Heritage Night Story Submission.
📅 Save the Date: October 8 at 6:00 PM for our Hispanic Heritage Night in the gym! Join us for an evening filled with delicious food, dancing, singing, live performances by the orchestra, band, and so much more.
Students and staff are encouraged to participate and show their school spirit while honoring the rich cultures and traditions of Hispanic and Latino communities.
